Virtual Outcomes – Your On-Line Training Solution

Virtual Outcomes provides a comprehensive online training platform, fully funded by CPLSC, to support you and your teams as part of our ongoing training programme. This service is available to ALL pharmacies, ensuring that you have access to valuable resources for staff development.

Who Can Benefit?

The modules are designed for Counter Staff and Health Champions but can be enjoyed by your entire team. This approach ensures the best outcomes for your patients, enabling a cohesive, knowledgeable team.

Monthly Training Modules

A new module will be released into the training library on the 1st of each month. All modules remain available for you to access at any time. Access is simple—use your Pharmacy F Code and enjoy the flexibility to train at work or at home on a PC, tablet, or mobile device.
