Please note the Controlled Drug Reporting website will change on Thursday 1 December 2022.

Where previously, Incidents and Concerns were reported on the one form, this has been split into separate forms, where the questions focus on the specific nature of the event being reported.
There are also additional features, which include:

• My Message
• My Reports
• Resource Centre
• Adding additional information to reports, once they have been submitted
• Listing multiple organisations in the Reporter’s profile when the Reporter works across organisations

Technical Help desk support will still be available. The team can be contacted on email on england.cdreportingtechnicalhelpdesk@nhs.net or through the message system on the website.
Please be aware that when you first access the CD Reporting website from Thursday 1 December 2022, you will need to register as a new user. As long as you use the same email address you are currently registered with, you will be able to access previously submitted reports.
